"Nice slipper but one problem"

Comments: Great slipper with a fantastic sole. But there is one huge problem - the toe box is too narrow! And I have a narrow foot! For many years L.B. Evans produced the Deerking, which was an outstanding slipper. This is the leftover cheaper cousin. But the toe box is wider on the Deerking. So, great slipper if the toe box is changed.

Comments: The product is a cheap version of a much better, deerskin leather slipper called Deerking. On a positive note, the similar sole is being used in the Vernan. For comfort and versatility, there is no better slipper sole available. On a negative note, the toe box is now being made way too narrow. I have a narrow (B/C) foot and cannot wear the medium (D) slipper in this style which is ridiculous! Their production for this slipper needs to adjust immediately to avoid many unhappy customers. Theoretically, it looks the same as the Deerking but it is not. So, if you have a regular foot, try the slipper in a wide. If you have a wide foot, you are out of luck. Better yet, call L.B. Evans and plead for the Deerking to go back into production!
