Comments: GREAT customer service and fast shipping. My only issue is that these run short. Bought them for my aunt for Christmas - she normally wears a 9.5-10, but the 10 was way too short. Had to exchange them for an 11. Exchange was easy and return shipping was paid for, but wish they ran a truer to size.

Comments: The loop on the outside of a slipper makes it looks very un-attractive from a women's perspective and it is need to easy one's foot into then there is somewhat of a flaw in the design aspect of this slipper but rated high for me on confort and cushion your feet when you walk. In the house wearing is perferable but out side its not recommened even though its advertised as wearable indoors and outdoors.

Comments: Purchased for my mom for a gift and she loves them. She mentioned the thick sole and being nice and narrow. He has never had a narrow pair of slippers before. She has long, very narrow feet and seperated bones in her feet. She has to wear inserts in sturdy shoes so nadrrow, sturdy slippers slippers are important. We cannot find your type of slippers amywhere else. Thank you for making them!
