Comments: I would normally rate this slipper a 5. I have received a new pair each Xmas. This year's pair developed a couple of problems. The upper of one slipper pulled away from the lower after only a month. On the other slipper, the inside lining on the bottom would pull away when I removed my foot. I called Daniel Green Co. and they said they knew the problem. I returned the defective pair and they promptly sent a replacement. The replacement seems to be performing well. Comments: Two Thumbs Up! My husband is very picky about his feet. This is his second pair of Sussex Slippers with many more to come in the future. Great customer service! I ordered the wrong size and the return and replacement was the easiest I have experienced.
