That classic slipper silhouette—the clog—is being reinvented once again. This time around, it's interpreted in colorful boiled wools with fun appliqués and patterned knit versions. At St. Louis based Daniel Green Enterprises, Nordic-inspired knit uppers in fresh patterns update the look. "With indoor-outdoor soles and contoured footbeds, the function is there," said Dana Emmenegger, marketing director. "The key has been finding materials that are fashion-forward. This season, we're offering the clog in knits, boiled Italian wools and suede."
