Return Instructions
Step 1: Visit www.danielgreen.com and login to your account under ‘My Account’ at the top right of the page.
Step 2: Click on the link for ‘View Previous Orders’ in the Account Menu.
Step 3: Click on the corresponding ‘Order Number’ for the return.
Step 4: Scroll to the bottom of the page to the ‘Returns’ section and click on ‘request a Return Authorization (RA) number’.
Step 5: Fill out the requested information and click continue. A Return Authorization (RA) number will be automatically provided to you. You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number to complete your return.
Exchange Instructions
Follow steps 1 through 5 of the Return Instructions above.
Step 6: After you receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, click “Exchange Order” to choose the product you wish to receive for the exchange. You have up to 60 days to complete the exchange.
Payment by credit card
• If you exchange for a higher priced item, your credit card will be charged the difference.
• If you exchange for a lower priced item, you will receive a credit on your credit card for the difference.
Payment by check
• If you exchange for a higher priced item, please mail a check for the difference to:

• If you exchange for a lower priced item, an electronic Gift Certificate will be issued for the difference.
How to Prepare the Return Package
• Pack merchandise in the original shipping box.
• Affix the pre-paid FedEx return label over the original shipping label on the box.
• Retain the top portion of the return label for your tracking number reference.
• Important: Write the Return Authorization (RA) number on the box below the shipping label (Example: RA#9000054). This will ensure prompt credit to your account.
Shipping your Return Package
• For FedEx drop off locations, please call 1-800-Go-FedEx (1-800-463-3339) or visit their website at www.fedex.com/Dropoff/start?locale=en_US.
• For FedEx courier pickup, visit their website at www.fedex.com/grd/rpp/ShowRPP.do or call 1-800-Go-FedEx (1-800-463-3339). By phone when prompted, please say “Return a package”. Then tell the representative that you have a pre-paid FedEx shipping label. Please have the tracking number available.
Gift Return/Exchange
If you received merchandise as a gift and would like to return or exchange the product, please follow the instructions below.
Gift Return
• Contact customer service toll-free at 1-866-743-2319 Monday - Friday 8 A.M.- 5 P.M. (CST).
• A customer service representative will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number to be written on the shipping box of the return merchandise below the pre-paid FedEx shipping label.
• You will receive an electronic Gift Certificate for the amount of purchase.
Gift Exchange
• Contact customer service toll-free at 1-866-743-2319 Monday - Friday 8 A.M.- 5 P.M. (CST).
• A customer service representative will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number to be written on the shipping box of the return merchandise below the pre-paid FedEx shipping label.
• If you make an EVEN exchange (same product, but different size and/or color), simply return the original pair and the new pair will be sent to you promptly.
• If you exchange for a higher priced item, we will need a credit card to charge the difference.
• If you exchange for a lower priced item, you will receive an electronic Gift Certificate for the difference once the original merchandise is returned.
IMPORTANT POLICIES
• If the return package of the original merchandise is not received within 30 days of receiving the Return Authorization (RA) number, your credit card will be charge or a bill will be issued.
• Gift Certificates expire one year from the date of delivery.
