At the Daniel Green Company, we are committed to our environmental responsibility. We believe that every step taken to improve our world is a step in the right direction, and we are determined to reduce our "Carbon Footprint." See some of our recent efforts below. • The majority of our shoe boxes are 100% recyclable, and most are made from post-consumer materials. • Our catalogs are printed on post-consumer paper with natural soy ink and are 100% recyclable. Also, we have recently posted our catalog on our website for online viewing which reduces the number of paper catalogs being mailed out. • Our footwear designers are constantly searching for more eco-friendly materials to implement in our products, and more of our footwear is being constructed with sustainable materials as well. • Our corporate office currently participates in a company-wide recycling program. We are recycling everything from glass, paper, plastic, and aluminum. • Rather than throwing out backstock and outdated shoes, we donate them to Soles4Souls, an organization dedicated to providing shoes to less fortunate |
